Once you order is ready it is wrapped in a high quality tissue paper. This is acid-free and colourfast so won't discolour or yellow, and the colour will not smudge or transfer onto your goodies.
We then pack your order safely into the appropriate sized cardboard mailing box or mailing bag.
The forestry content of these products have been sourced from an FSC certified supplier, supporting healthy forests and protecting wildlife.
By using these products we are also contributing to the Restoring
Australia initiative in which there are trees planted for everything we use.
Your box is ready for it's journey to you and is then dropped off at the local post office, and sent to you by Australia Post. AusPost ensure your precious parcel is delivered to you reliably, safely and they're 100% Carbon Neutral too.
Shipping costs depend on your location as well as the weight of your order. It can cost the same for delivery of 1 item as it does for 10! If you have friends and family close by, we suggest bulking your orders together for a cheaper delivery fee.
Australia: up to 500g - $9.30, up to 1kg - $12.70, up to 3kg - $15.95, up to 5kg - $19.20. For delivery of an order over 5kg, please contact us for a quote.
New Zealand: up to 250g - 15.20, up to 500g - $18.20, up to 1kg - $24.00, up to 1.5kg - $29.80, up to 2kg - $35.60. For shipping over 2kg, please contact us for a quote.
